| Event Info: |
The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk® is the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care, support and research – and it calls on volunteers of all ages to become champions in the fight against this fatal disease. Since 1989, Memory Walk has raised more than $260 million for the cause. Walks are currently held in nearly 600 locations nationwide.
The Emporia Memory Walk is a non-competitive 2-mile walk and a festive event for families, co-workers and friends of all ages. If you have any questions about the event, contact Judy Schroeder 620-342-4817 or Paula Sauder 620-342-4939.
Your efforts will help us reach our fundraising goal of $20,000 and MOVE the Cause Forward in Kansas and throughout our Chapter's service area.
